Key Responsibilities:
\n
\n

- Assist in conducting targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs, and ensure accurate documentation of stakeholder requirements
- Participate in design discussions to capture software specifications, and aid in creation of process documentation.
- Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications, following detailed design specifications to meet user requirements
- Execute test plans, analyse outcomes, and report defects to the development team, to facilitate enhancement of software performance
- Support the integration of new software features, facilitating smooth transitions within the existing system infrastructure
- Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and creation of comprehensive documentation for ongoing system maintenance
- Systematically document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions, thereby enriching team's knowledge repository

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

- Experience in Selenium test automation framework design, development, maintenance, and optimization.
- Experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks.
- Experience with API automation using REST Assured or similar tools.
- Experience in SQL and data validation.
- Experience with Selenium - Java, JavaScript, or similar programming languages used for automation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, and API Testing.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience applying AI tools to testing activities, automation development, and quality engineering practices.
- Experience validating AI-generated outputs through human-in-the-loop review processes.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted testing to improve quality and reduce manual effort.
- Understanding of cloud and container technologies.
- Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber, TestNG, or JUnit.
- Experience performing AI-assisted test case generation.
- Experience with AI-assisted automation script development.
- Experience with test impact analysis and regression optimization.
- Experience with AI-driven defect analysis and dependency analysis.
- Experience with observability and telemetry analysis.
- Experience with self-healing test automation.
- Experience with AI Agent or LLM-based testing solutions.
- Experience with data quality validation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
