Reliability Engineer
Location: Elmore, OH
Salary: $125,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs for mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Lead equipment reliability initiatives that improve uptime, reduce failures, and optimize asset performance.
- Perform and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and eliminate recurring issues.
- Utilize CMMS data, reliability metrics, and statistical analysis to predict failures and improve maintenance strategies.
- Establish and maintain reliability programs for new and existing equipment.
- Develop standards, procedures, and best practices to support maintenance excellence and long-term reliability initiatives.
- Partner with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Leadership teams to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Evaluate new technologies, equipment upgrades, and process improvements that enhance plant reliability.
- Manage critical spare parts strategies and support inventory optimization efforts.
- Assist with and lead maintenance-related capital projects and equipment improvement initiatives.
- Communicate reliability program performance, trends, and recommendations to plant leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience working with CMMS systems and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
- Experience performing FMEAs and Root Cause/Corrective Action (RC/CA) investigations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with industrial mechanical equipment.
- Reliability, maintenance engineering, or asset management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools such as Minitab.
- Knowledge of asset lifecycle management, reliability-centered maintenance, and risk management methodologies.
