Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Principal Program Manager to lead complex enterprise-level programs focused on Infrastructure and Security within a healthcare environment. The candidate will work closely with Infrastructure, Security, IT, and business leaders to drive large-scale initiatives.
\n
Experience with hospital building infrastructure, physical infrastructure, physical security, and enterprise security is particularly important.

Required Skills & Experience
\n

- 7+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Mandatory healthcare industry experience, preferably within hospitals or healthcare organizations.
- Strong experience managing enterprise Infrastructure and Security programs.
- Experience with Physical Infrastructure, Hospital Building Infrastructure, and Enterprise Security.
- Exposure to physical security initiatives within hospital or healthcare facilities.
- Experience working directly with Infrastructure, Security, and IT leadership.
- Strong expertise in program planning, risk management, budgeting, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with executive reporting, steering committees, and benefits realization.
- Understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements.

Education & Certifications

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
