We are seeking a skilled, motivated Project Engineer to join our team in the Seattle, WA region! In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Project Managers and Superintendents to deliver high-quality commercial and wood-frame construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Documentation: Initialize, maintain, and track Requests for Information (RFIs), Changes in Contract (CICs), subcontractor change orders, and project closeout documents.
- Submittals & Drawings: Organize product submittals, samples, as-built drawings, and review contract plans for errors.
- Technical & Operations Support: Complete material take-offs, assist with project scheduling, layout, safety, and maintain organized project files.

Qualifications

- Education: High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Science, or Engineering preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project) and project management tools such as Bluebeam, Viewpoint, or Autodesk.
- Experience: Working knowledge of commercial and wood-frame construction phases and disciplines preferred.
- Job Site Mobility: Ability to climb ladders/stairs and safely navigate multi-terrain job sites.
