Lead complex structural steel projects and help develop the team delivering them.
\n
\n
I’m recruiting for an established, AISC-certified structural steel fabricator working across hospitals, office buildings, schools, retail and industrial projects.
\n
\n
The Role
\n
• Oversee multiple steel fabrication and erection projects from contract award through completion
\n
• Manage budgets, schedules, cost forecasts and contract requirements
\n
• Coordinate detailing, fabrication and erection teams
\n
• Review change orders, subcontractor agreements and progress billings
\n
• Lead and mentor PMs, Assistant PMs and Project Coordinators
\n
• Manage client relationships and resolve project issues
\n
\n
What We’re Looking For
\n
• 10+ years of construction or engineering experience
\n
• Structural steel experience is essential
\n
• Proven experience managing complex projects and leading teams
\n
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management
\n
• Confidence reading drawings, specifications and contracts
\n
• Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software experience
\n
• Tekla and Bluebeam experience preferred
\n
\n
The Package
\n
✅ $135,000–$175,000 base salary
\n
✅ Profit sharing of 10–15% of base, paid quarterly
\n
✅ $700 monthly car allowance
\n
