Title: R&D Laboratory Technician
Location: Indianola, PA, 15051 United States
Duration: 12 Months
Payrate: $25 - $30/an hr.
Description:
Purpose:
This is a position that provides enhanced technical support for one or more project teams concurrently.
Key Tasks:
- Support hardware testing, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
- Quick learner able to multi-task with different projects.
- Packaging systems and components for domestic and international shipping.
- Develop creative solutions to challenging problems, ensuring compliance with protocols.
- Collaborate with a broad group of cross-functional staff including engineers and other technicians.
- Supports testing from concept to V&V and beyond as necessary
- Display mechanical aptitude

Supervisor, Engineers, Designers/Technicians
Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED - Required
- Associate's Degree or 2-year trade/military school - Preferred
- Possesses the analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems - Required
- Handles multiple concurrent projects, understands priorities of assigned tasks and plans daily activities accordingly. Develops creative solutions to challenging problems - Required
