Our client is seeking a Power BI Developer / Senior Business Analyst to support key business initiatives by transforming complex data into actionable insights for leadership teams. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 3 days onsite in Baltimore, MD and 2 days remote.

What You'll Do

- Develop and maintain executive-level Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions.
- Analyze, validate, transform, and reconcile data from multiple sources.
- Leverage SQL and Excel to support reporting, ad hoc analysis, and data validation.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify trends, metrics, risks, and opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, business-focused manner.
- Document reporting logic, requirements, and dashboard enhancements.

What We're Looking For

- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard and report development.
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
- Strong Excel skills, including data reconciliation and reporting.
- Experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven ability to gather requirements and work directly with stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business needs into meaningful reports and insights.
- Strong communication skills and experience supporting leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Power BI certification is a plus.
- Experience with utility industry data.
- Familiarity with Oracle CC&B, CRM platforms, or Saratoga CRM is preferred but not required.
