Responsibilities:

<li>Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents</li>
<li>Perform accurate quantity take-offs for structural and misc. steel</li>
<li>Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment</li>
<li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and vendors</li>
<li>Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes</li>
<li>Track and manage bid deadlines</li>
<li>Write up Change Orders and Value Engineering</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience in structural steel and miscellaneous metals estimating</li>
<li>Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints</li>
<li>Proficiency in computers, estimating software, and Microsoft Excel</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to manager multiple bids simultaneously</li>
<li>Structural Steel background necessary</li>
