About the Role

We are looking for a forward-thinking, hands-on technology leader to help modernize our business operations through artificial intelligence, automation, and smart technology solutions.

This is not a traditional IT support position. We are looking for someone who understands how businesses operate, can identify inefficiencies, and has the technical expertise to build and implement solutions that improve productivity, reduce manual work, and support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's technology and AI strategy.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into daily business operations.
• Automate repetitive workflows across sales, estimating, project management, purchasing, accounting, and customer service.
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools, software, and business applications.
• Integrate existing platforms and systems to improve communication, reporting, and data accuracy.
• Build automated dashboards, reporting systems, and internal workflows.
• Lead technology projects from concept through implementation.
• Improve data management, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency.
• Work directly with leadership and department managers to understand challenges and deliver practical solutions.
• Train employees on new technologies and drive adoption across departments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing AI, automation, and business technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, APIs, system integrations, and workflow automation.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power BI, and other business applications.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, project management, and accounting software.
• Ability to develop practical technology solutions, not just recommend them.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience in construction, distribution, manufacturing, or a similar operational environment is a plus.
