- ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core
- .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 8+
- React.js
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Web APIs / REST Services

Strong database experience with:
\n
- \n
- SQL Server
- Database design and data modeling
- Query optimization and performance tuning
- Stored procedures and data integration
- Experience designing enterprise-level architectures and modernization solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native and distributed application architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the Insurance industry.
- Experience with Annuity Administration Systems (nice to have)
- Exposure to Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, or Retirement/Annuity platforms.
- Experience with legacy modernization programs.
- Prior experience working with Cobol will be preferred
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development and modernization tools.
