Serves as a Management Analyst for Business Intelligence, fulfilling analytics and reporting requests to support federal grant reporting; Develops and maintains Tableau dashboards using provided data to support leadership; Provides technical assistance and training to Providers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, Health Information, Data Management, or a related field is required.
- Experience in data management including SQL.
- Experience in data management, quality assurance, or administrative
- Support, preferably in a healthcare, behavioral health, or social services setting.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, data submissions, and provider interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and identify inconsistencies or errors.
