Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise-level technology solutions.

\n

• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.

\n

• Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product teams, and project leadership.

\n

• Define application, integration, data, and technology architecture.

\n

• Evaluate existing systems and recommend modernization and optimization opportunities.

\n

• Develop architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution documentation.

\n

• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and best practices.

\n

• Provide technical leadership throughout the solution development and implementation lifecycle.

\n

• Collaborate with distributed teams across the US, Canada, and offshore locations.

\n

• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities and provide appropriate recommendations.

\n

• Support technical discussions, design reviews, and implementation planning.

\n

Required Skills

\n

\n
• 10+ years of experience in software/IT, with significant experience in Solution Architecture.

\n

• Strong experience designing enterprise-scale applications and technology solutions.

\n

• Strong understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, APIs, cloud technologies, and distributed systems.

\n

• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

\n

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

\n

• Ability to create architecture documentation and present technical solutions to senior stakeholders.

\n

• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
