JD- Sr. UiPath Developer

RPA Developer (6+ yrs of relevant experience)
\n
Job Summary: As a RPA Developer you will provide solution design’s to customers throughout the
\n
deployment and involve in testing and delivering technical training to the clients.
\n
Roles & Responsibilities:
\n
• Design, code, test automation workflows using UiPath. • .Graduate in Computer Science/IT or
\n
equivalent Degree
\n
• 6+ years of experience in IT industry with a code development background
\n
• Strong technical skills on UiPath, and end-to-end UiPath offerings.
\n
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing, implementing automation workflows in UiPath.
\n
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands-on experience with RE-framework.
\n
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is a must.
\n
• Excellent communication skill is a must.
\n
• Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on VBA/VB/java/C# script is a must (or any scripting
\n
language, python is a plus)
\n
• Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR tools, AI/ML skills is a plus.
\n
\n
• Verifying and leveraging appropriate UiPath components: Robots, Studio, Orchestrator
\n
• Provide solution designs to customers throughout the deployment of new deals, during POCs,
\n
and project implementation phase.
\n
• Make changes to the robot code during implementation as needed.
\n
• Develop workflows and custom activities using Vb .Net/C#.
\n
• Responsible for the overall testing cycles
\n
• Deliver technical training, demos, blueprints and provide the necessary support for new/existing
\n
clients.
\n
\n
Uipath Project Manager
\n
\n
Minimum 7+ years of customer-facing project/program management experience leading
\n
enterprise software implementations, professional services engagements, or digital transformation
\n
initiatives.
\n
Experience acting as the primary interface between executive stakeholders, customers, delivery
\n
teams, and partners.
\n
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, project budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive
\n
communications simultaneously.
\n
Experience working within public sector procurement, compliance, security, and governance
\n
requirements.
\n
Any direct exposure to DoD, federal civilian agencies, national security, or intelligence programs.
\n
Automation & Technology Experience
\n
Strong preference for candidates with experience leading implementations involving:
\n
o UiPath
\n
o RPA/Intelligent Automation
\n
o AI/Agentic Automation platforms
\n
Enterprise software deployments
\n
Candidates should have experience coordinating technical and business stakeholders through
\n
deployment and adoption phases.
\n
Communication & Leadership Assessment
\n
This is a highly customer-facing role. Candidates should demonstrate:
\n
Executive-level verbal and written communication.
\n
Strong presentation and stakeholder management capability.
\n
Ability to proactively communicate risks, issues, and project status.
\n
Experience managing challenging customer conversations and driving resolution.
