<p><strong>Speaker Test Technician</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Quality control of gear- great attention to detail - physical inspection for repair of cabinets, rigging, dollies, grilles, etc.</li>
<li>Test cabinets to manufacturers' specifications using ERP system and speaker test equipment</li>
<li>Troubleshoot basic to complex speaker failures</li>
<li>Communicate with Engineering and IT departments on current and future test procedures</li>
<li>Communicate with repair staff on speaker failures, damage</li>
<li>Maintain organized work area and attention to detail throughout all processes</li>
<li>Always maintain safety.</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>

<ul>
<li>Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced, client driven, demanding environment</li>
<li>Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under sometimes challenging conditions</li>
<li>Basic computer skills</li>
<li>Basic hand tool and hand-held power tool skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and complete tasks under strict deadlines</li>
