Job DescriptionTech Product Analyst (ServiceNow SAM) Location: Vienna, VA (Hybrid) Position Type: 12 month+ Contract Hourly Rate: $65/hr. W2. Benefits available Key qualifications include:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow, including Software Asset Management and related platform capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Software Asset Management lifecycle processes, including:
- Software Products and Models
- Software Entitlements and License Management
- Software Contracts and Renewals
- License Reclamation and Optimization
- End-of-Life (EOL)
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience administering and optimizing ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) solutions.
- Working knowledge for software license management and compliance.
- Proficiency with enterprise endpoint and discovery tools such as Microsoft SCCM, JAMF, and Discovery platforms.
- Ability to develop and analyze reports, dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to support software governance and decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data validation, reconciliation, license compliance, and software optimization initiatives.
- Knowledge of software asset lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, utilization, reclamation, renewal, and retirement processes.
Education: The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and the ServiceNow platform. Ref: #851-Rockville-S1
