Job Details
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Monitor project performance and proactively address issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Mentor and develop junior project team members
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering projects $10M+ in value
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
Compensation
- Salary Range: $125,000 – $160,000 annually, depending on experience
