  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and escalation workflows
  • Define, track, and report on service performance using SLAs and KPIs
  • Champion continuous improvement and user satisfaction across IT services

Vendor and MSP Oversight

  • Manage strategic vendor relationships and contracts for IT services, hardware, and software
  • Lead oversight and governance of MSPs, ensuring SLA compliance and performance accountability
  • Conduct regular vendor scorecard reviews and quarterly business reviews
  • Monitor license utilization and eliminate underused or redundant services

Cost Optimization & Efficiency

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities across enterprise IT platforms and support models
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement to manage IT budgets and forecasting
  • Track operational metrics such as cost-per-ticket, license usage rates, and endpoint efficiency

Integration & Scalability

  • Support IT readiness for organizational growth, new sites, and M&A integrations
  • Standardize IT service delivery across business units and geographies
  • Ensure new employees receive consistent, efficient technology onboarding experiences

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree a plus)
  • 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing IT operations or service delivery
  • Proven experience managing third-party vendors and MSPs in a service-driven environment
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, asset management, collaboration platforms)
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and ITSM tools (e.g., ManageEngine, ServiceNow, or equivalent)
