The ideal candidate will join BELFOR's information systems support team and will be responsible for providing comprehensive tier 1-2 information technology support for a large network environment.
Responsibility Summary:
- Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware and software issues.
- Perform endpoint software updates and other vulnerability remediation.
- Assist with the identification and remediation of cyber threats.
- Limited network administration including password resets.
- Assist with computer and software asset management process.
- Assist with mobile device management.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or greater based on information systems curriculum.
- 3+ years providing IT support in a professional environment.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience providing end user support in a WAN environment a plus.
