Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Senior Epic Application Analyst to support a healthcare organization in the Houston area. This position is ideal for an Epic professional with hands-on ASAP experience and knowledge of Emergency Department workflows.

The Senior Epic Application Analyst will provide application support, troubleshooting, optimization, and configuration for Epic systems, with a primary focus on the Emergency Department and Epic ASAP.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain Epic application functionality.
  • Assist with ASAP workflows and Emergency Department operations.
  • Troubleshoot system and workflow issues.
  • Work with clinical and operational teams to improve Epic functionality.
  • Participate in application upgrades, testing, configuration, and enhancements.
  • Analyze user needs and recommend effective system solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support in a live healthcare environment.

Qualifications

  • Epic ASAP certification required.
  • ClinDoc or Ambulatory certification may be considered.
  • At least 4 years of experience working in an Epic application environment.
  • Previous experience supporting an Emergency Department using Epic.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Houston-area candidates preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in the greater Houston area.
