Position: Technology Support Specialist

GTN is searching for a great Technology Support Specialist II to join our team! Every day you’ll get the opportunity to support internal GTN staff with their IT needs while managing the overall health and security of our technology environment.

This is a hybrid position that will require you to work in the office when needed while also enabling you to work from home as well.

  • You enjoy supporting employees with their IT needs and assisting with IT vendor relationships and services
  • You want to manage the installation of new business hardware, software, or updates to existing business applications and participate in the evaluation and review of new technologies and solutions to drive GTN forward
  • You are excited to take part in supporting and managing both cloud and internal infrastructure and services
  • You are passionate about the overall health and security of the technology environment
  • You can manage the day-to-day operational activities within the GTN technology environment and assist with troubleshooting a variety of issues using a ticketing system
  • You can create well written and easy to follow Knowledge Base Articles for both technical support situations and client use
  • You have at least 3 years of technical support experience
  • You can demonstrate your experience with or knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, Azure Services, MEM/Intune, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Admin Centers, M365 Exchange, Networking, and security tools
  • You’re proud of your 2-year degree or equivalent experience and use your knowledge every day

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range is $31.00 - $36.00 per hour. Actual compensation is determined by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, certifications and licensures, skills, and geographic location.
