Special Projects Coordinator
Reporting to the Director of Membership Experience, the Special Projects Coordinator will be responsible for providing data entry support to the Membership team, coordinating special projects, and ensuring accurate record keeping enhancing team efficiency and internal communications. This role also involves delivering excellent customer service to donors. WABE multi-channel campaigns include radio, television, podcasts, digital, direct mail, email, targeted ads, telephone, and texting, as well as targeted programming to retain and deepen donor relationships.
The selected candidate will have outstanding skills in multitasking multiple projects simultaneously, and customer service. Candidate will be fully comfortable with Microsoft Office software suite and have familiarity with data entry.
Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Membership Experience on special projects to enhance process flow, improve donor retention, and support recapture initiatives.
- Offer additional support for team-wide customer service efforts, including pledge drives and occasional event assistance.
- Support SVP of membership in prospective research projects and special outreach initiatives.
- Respond to donor inquiries and comments - Immediately addresses any issues
- Coordinate special mailing projects, including tracking, proofing, emailing, and sending membership acknowledgements and solicitation letters.
- Update sustainer records to ensure accurate communication and ongoing monthly support.
- Verify web and phone donations before importing them into the database.
- Participate in database clean-up projects, consolidating member records and updating personal information.
- Provide general support to optimize member services and perform other duties as needed.

- Commands current computer technology and software, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRMs, and the internet.
- Manages multiple tasks while meeting deadlines, with impeccable time management skills.
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
