Snapshot / Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior HVAC Project Manager in Hawaii to deliver mechanical projects on time and on budget and build lasting client relationships.

Impact

• Carry single-source responsibility from sale through completion.
• Protect margins with accurate forecasting and cost control.
• Turn satisfied clients into repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC projects from concept through closeout.
• Develop estimates, proposals, and contracts to finalize sales.
• Coordinate field labor and installation sequencing with field leadership.
• Oversee budgets, billing, and cost tracking.
• Lead client meetings and maintain external relationships.
• Coordinate engineering, purchasing, and construction teams.
• Prepare change orders and project documentation.
• Walk jobsites to monitor progress and quality, and mentor junior staff.

Must-Haves

• Five or more years of HVAC project management.
• Experience on projects from small retrofits to large installations.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop new business and keep client relationships strong.

Nice-to-Haves

• Estimating background.
• Experience in Hawaii's construction market.

Compensation and Logistics
