BE WICKED INC. is looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Marketplace Manager who can build our online marketplace business from the ground up.
We are a U.S.-based manufacturer and wholesale company specializing in women’s lingerie, swimwear, shapewear, bra accessories, body stockings, hosiery, robes, and related products.
We currently do not have an established marketplace operation, so the person we hire must be able to take the lead and build this business for us from the beginning.
Marketplaces You Will Be Responsible For
You will be responsible for setting up, launching, managing, and growing BE WICKED on:
- Amazon
- Walmart Marketplace
- TikTok Shop
- Target Plus
- eBay
- Rithum
- Other relevant online marketplaces
You will handle the complete setup, including seller accounts, product catalogs, listings, images, descriptions, pricing, inventory, variations, product feeds, fulfillment, promotions, and ongoing management.
We Are Looking for Someone Who Knows How to Bring Business
This is very important.
We are NOT looking for someone who only knows how to upload products or create listings.
We need someone who understands how to get products seen, drive traffic, improve rankings, and generate sales.
You must have real hands-on experience with:
- Amazon SEO and product ranking
- Walmart SEO and product ranking
- TikTok Shop growth
- Marketplace advertising and PPC
- Keyword research
- Product listing optimization
- Increasing organic traffic
- Increasing product visibility
- Competitor research
- Promotions and pricing strategies
- Conversion optimization
- Driving sales and revenue
You should understand what it takes to move products toward the top of search results and have actual experience doing it.
Amazon Experience Required

Walmart & TikTok Shop
Experience setting up and growing Walmart Marketplace and TikTok Shop is strongly preferred.
For TikTok Shop, experience with creators, affiliates, influencers, product videos, and TikTok sales is a major plus.
Shopify, Klaviyo & Marketing
Experience with:
- Shopify
- Klaviyo
- Email marketing
- SMS marketing
- Meta/Facebook/Instagram
- TikTok advertising
- Retargeting
- Analytics
is strongly preferred.
Graphics & Product Presentation
Experience with:
- Photoshop
- Canva
- Product photography
- Marketplace image requirements
- A+ Content graphics

- Banners
- Social media creative
is strongly preferred.
What We Expect
You will be expected to build the entire BE WICKED marketplace operation, not wait for someone else to tell you what to do.
You should be able to:
- Set up our marketplace accounts.
- Build and organize our product catalogs.
- Determine which products should launch first.
- Create and optimize product listings.
- Develop keyword and SEO strategies.
- Build marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Improve product rankings and visibility.
- Drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor competitors.
- Analyze sales and marketplace performance.
- Identify what is working and what is not.
- Continuously improve listings, advertising, pricing, and promotions.
- Expand BE WICKED into additional marketplaces.
- Build a system that can grow as our product assortment expands.
Proven Experience Required
Please do not apply if you have only taken courses, watched videos, or have limited marketplace experience.
We need someone who has personally set up and managed online marketplaces and can show us what they have accomplished.
Please be prepared to provide examples of:
- Marketplaces you have built
- Brands/products you have managed
- Sales growth you achieved
- Products you helped rank
- SEO strategies you implemented
- Advertising campaigns you managed
- Marketplace accounts you personally operated
We are looking for someone who can bring knowledge, experience, and results to BE WICKED.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on e-commerce/marketplace experience
- Strong Amazon experience required
- Walmart Marketplace and TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred
- Proven understanding of marketplace SEO and product ranking
- Proven understanding of marketplace advertising and sales growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Must be able to build and manage the marketplace operation from the ground up
Position
Full-Time or Part-Time | In-Office – Commerce, CA
We are open to hiring either a full-time or part-time professional, depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and availability.
This is an important position for BE WICKED. We are looking for someone who wants to build something, take ownership, and grow the company's online sales.
