Assist Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of multiple projects.

Organize and maintain project files, contracts, and change orders.

Schedule and track technicians, equipment, and materials.

Communicate with clients, vendors, and field staff to ensure timelines are met.

Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders as needed.

Support purchasing, vendor quotes, and delivery coordination.

Monitor project schedules and flag delays or issues early.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Review bid invitations, RFPs, and project specifications.

Work closely with estimators to finalize proposals.

Submit bids and proposals by required deadlines.

Track bid submissions and maintain a bid log.

Answer phones and emails, ensuring professional communication with clients and vendors.

Assist with onboarding and other office support tasks as required.
Qualifications

Previous experience in project coordination, construction, or low-voltage industry preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
