We are seeking an experienced AEM Lead to architect, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade Adobe Experience Manager solutions. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, integrate Adobe Target, Analytics, and other marketing tools, and ensure scalable, secure, high-performance digital experiences. Requirements include deep expertise in AEM architecture, Sling, OSGi, Java, REST APIs, and cloud deployment (AEM as a Cloud Service). Responsibilities include mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for performance, security, and monitoring. Experience working with marketing teams on personalization is a plus.

Job Description and Qualifications
- Strong experience as a software developer and senior technical lead.
- Proficient in frontend architecture and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe AEM 6.4/6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Experience delivering mission-critical systems within mature Agile organizations, including eCommerce applications.
- Strong Java development skills with hands-on coding experience in Java-based applications.
- Skilled in conceptualizing, designing, building, and deploying solutions.
- Experience leading remote engineering teams.
- Excellent technical problem-solving skills and a strong aptitude for learning new technologies and methodologies.
- Exceptional debugging, testing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with full-stack AEM development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular, Next.js, and GraphQL.
- Deep understanding of frontend architecture, Micro Frontends (MFE), and software design patterns.
- Proficient in working with caching, message queues, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Adherence to high coding standards, documentation, and DevOps best practices.
- Ability to optimize applications for performance, minimizing page load times, and resolving bottlenecks.
- Lead by example by actively participating in AEM development tasks.
- Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and uphold best practices.
- Build testing methodologies to ensure performance, security, and functionality.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a lean Agile environment.
- Analyze production systems using analytics, monitoring tools, and experimentation.
- AEM certification is a plus.
