Job Title: Jira Developer/Admin
Work Location: Pittsburg, PA/New Jersey, NJ (Hybrid)

Required Skills and Experience
- We are looking for candidates who can develop customized workflows in JIRA having 5+ years of relevant experience in Jira Cloud administration.
- The role involves developing JIRA projects based on requirements, planning and analyzing incoming projects.
- It also requires collaborating across teams to customize JIRA, Service Desk and Confluence templates and workflows, creating and maintaining projects, providing training and support, and resolving issues.
- Minimum qualifications include hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence and scripting tools, strong communication skills, and experience with Agile development processes.
