We're seeking a Project Executive in the Reno area to lead major mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout and drive profitable growth across HVAC, plumbing, piping, and MEP in Northern Nevada.
Impact
- Own the full lifecycle from sales support and estimating through execution and legal closeout.
- Protect margins through disciplined budgets, job cost, and change orders.
- Build client relationships that bring repeat work in a fast-growing market.
- Develop the next generation of project leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead preconstruction: concept engineering, estimating, and proposals.
- Manage contracts across sales, procurement, engineering, and execution.
- Direct field labor planning with site leadership.
- Forecast job costs and control expenses.
- Negotiate change orders, contracts, and legal documentation.
- Serve as primary client contact and align internal teams around project goals.
Must-Haves
- Executive-level leadership of major mechanical construction projects.
- Preconstruction and estimating experience.
- A record of profitable delivery and client retention.
Nice-to-Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience opening or growing a regional office.
Compensation and Logistics
