• 10+ years of Performance Testing/Engineering experience.

• Strong hands-on expertise with:

• LoadRunner

\n

• JMeter

\n

• Locust

\n

• Performance Architecture

\n

• Advanced Python programming skills.

\n

• AI/ML knowledge including:

\n

• LLMs

\n

• GenAI frameworks

\n

• Prompt Engineering

\n

• AI-assisted automation development

\n

• Experience with:

\n

• C, Java, SQL

\n

• Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, CA Wily, AWR Reports

\n

• HTTP, Citrix protocols

\n

• Windows/Linux environments

\n

• Distributed load testing and application architecture

\n

• Cloud and modern technologies:

\n

• AWS, Azure, GCP

\n

• Kubernetes/OpenShift

\n

• Microservices architectures

\n

\n

\n

Preferred Experience

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Design and execute performance/load testing strategies.

\n

• Create advanced LoadRunner/JMeter scripts.

\n

• Lead performance engineering initiatives.

\n

• Analyze bottlenecks and production risks.

\n

• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, architecture, and production support teams.

\n

• Use AI to automate analysis and improve performance investigations.

\n

• Drive end-to-end delivery of performance testing projects.
