Our client, UnityLab Corp., located in Dushore, PA is searching for a Technical Support Representative to join their growing team in a full-time position. UnityLab Corp. specializes in manufacturing commercial appliances that work hard for small businesses and organizations. We put all our passion and design expertise into every product that carries our brand and are deeply committed to helping our customers use our products to their fullest potential.
The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for level one customer support for all product lines. This position will:
* Engage with customers through telephone and digital channels to resolve customer issues.
* Present a professional and positive image of the product/service and the company during customer interactions.
* Coordinate escalations, when necessary, with subject matter experts to resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Perform post escalation follow up to all related parties to improve processes and avoid repetitive occurrences.
*This position is a part of our on-site community and applicants must be available for work in the Dushore facility.

Experience/Skills:
* High school diploma or GED; degree in relevant field preferred
* Ability to use CRM software
* 3-5 years customer service experience; prior technical service experience a plus
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
