<li>Experience: Senior-level</li>
<li>Technical requirement: Strong IBM Maximo experience</li>
<li>PM requirement: Strong project/program management background</li>
<li>Soft skills: Excellent customer-facing and communication skills</li>
<li>Key screening point: Candidate must be comfortable with regular onsite presence, not just occasional travel.</li>
