Qualifications

  • Candidates must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Engineering/Science, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related degree.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.
  • Candidates must be diligent, highly organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Candidates must have the ability to work individually (independently) as well as on a team.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills is required.

Responsibilities

  • Support package development activities for a broad portfolio of consumer healthcare products including OTC drugs and dietary supplements.
  • Create and/or update packaging component and assembly drawings and material specifications.
  • Document all packaging design, development, and testing to comply with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Support package development activities in Manufacturing Operations including packaging line trials.
  • Interact with outside suppliers for packaging component development, evaluation, and testing.
