Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Capital Projects Manager Consultant with a strong background in automation and engineering within a GMP-regulated environment. In this role, you will oversee and manage multiple capital projects across our Andover site, focusing primarily on automation systems and utilities operations, including HVAC and water systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of capital projects related to automation and utilities across the facility.
- Collaborate with automation teams, vendors, and point-of-contact (POC) vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee operations and improvements for critical facility systems such as HVAC, water systems, power distribution, and other electrical/automation infrastructure.
- Ensure all projects comply with GMP standards and site-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in automation, engineering, or related fields within a GMP-regulated environment.
- Hands-on experience working with automation systems, utilities operations, and facility infrastructure.
- Familiarity with power distribution, electrical systems, and automation technologies.
- Experience collaborating with automation teams and managing vendors or POC vendors.
- Engineering degree preferred but not required; relevant practical experience is highly valued.
Additional Details
- This is an on-site role requiring presence at the Andover facility five days per week.
- Candidates must be available to start promptly; interviews may be scheduled as early as next week.
- The position offers a competitive hourly rate and the possibility of contract extension based on performance and project needs.
