Job Description
Must have skills:
- Excellent communication
- Application support Background
- Unix / Linux
- SQL: PostgreSQL, SQL
- ITSM: Change, Incident, service ticket, Workorders
- Willing to work on shifts (Morning & Afternoon shifts) & Weekend support
- Monitoring: Splunk, Dynatrace alert monitoring, Alert creation
- Application Support Experience in the Card Payment Industry or Banking Sector
- PCF – Pivotal Cloud foundry
Good to have skills:
- Monitoring / Observability: Splunk / Dynatrace alert (Dashboard creation, Alert creation, alert monitoring).
- AWS (EC2, CloudWatch, Lambda)
- Automation: automation using XLR/ shell scripting/ ansible/ python (Anyone)
