Job Description Aaron has approval for two Scrum Masters. Meeting with him next week to discuss - will try to squeeze some basic info from him in the meantime. More to come. FYI - Barnes passed along a scrum master, Tony Benish (608-575-8435). Someone should reach out to him ASAP.
- 12 month contract, may be able to extend, unknown right now
- Projects/Teams
- Customer Revenue Management: primary focus on Oracle Customer Care & Billing, we are doing a large technical upgrade and modernization through Q3 '27
- Customer Channels/Marketing & Communications: large project to re-platform our customer portal (scheduled go-live Q1 '27) as well as a large amount of incremental delivery
- Location is preferably hybrid as our teams are will be coming back to the office Tues-Thurs starting February 1, 2027. Both could be located in Madison, but if one was in Cedar Rapids for the CC&B team, that would also be OK.
- I'm really looking for a depth of Agile expertise over any sort of application, industry, or domain knowledge. I need someone who can say 'why is this work sitting, why are you closing and copying stories?, where are the requirements?, etc'
