Job DescriptionIT Asset Management & Logistics Support Technician Thomasville, GA | $20.00 / Hour
We are seeking a contracted ITAM & Logistics Support Technician to help support our IT Asset Management team and stockroom operations. This individual will assist with shipping and receiving IT hardware, basic inventory management, asset tracking, equipment staging, stockroom organization, and general IT logistics support. The ideal candidate is dependable, coachable, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming IT shipments and deliveries.
- Ingest and track assets in ServiceNow.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organize stockroom inventory.
- Pick, stage, and prepare equipment for deployments and onboarding.
- Stock shelves and manage inventory locations.
- Move and deliver equipment throughout the stockroom.
- Support asset tagging, audits, refresh efforts, and equipment recovery.
- Assist with packaging and shipping outbound equipment.
- Provide general operational support to the IT team as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Clean Drug Screen
- Willing to undergo criminal background check
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, ticketing systems, inventory management, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations is a plus
- Excellent working attitude
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Location: Thomasville, Georgia Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
