Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager / ADM (Telco BSS) position for our client.

Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12 months

Duties:

Lead cross-functional teams delivering application development and maintenance (ADM) solutions.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risks, issues, and deliverables.
Develop project plans, resource plans, schedules, and communication plans.
Manage client, internal, and third-party resources to ensure successful project execution.
Provide project status updates and coordinate stakeholder communications.
Support Telco BSS application design, development, testing, troubleshooting, integration, and production support.
Coordinate Amdocs BSSe integration with billing and related systems.

Experience:

Experience as a Project Manager, ADM Project Manager, or BSS Project Manager.
Hands-on experience with Amdocs BSSe and Telco BSS environments.
Experience managing application development, maintenance, integration, testing, and support projects.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client/vendor resources.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Project management certification is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
