We're searching for a Senior Project Manager to join a growing Electric Distribution team in Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX. In this strategic "seller/doer" role, you'll oversee initiatives that enhance the performance, reliability, and long-term sustainability of electric distribution systems from infrastructure upgrades and system expansions to resiliency and storm-hardening efforts while playing a key role in growing client relationships and leading other Project Managers.

✅ Senior Project Manager: Own full project delivery, scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships on major electric distribution initiatives

\n

✅ Ideal for a leader who wants to combine hands-on delivery with client ownership, business development, and team mentorship

What You'll Be Doing

\n

✅ Manage all aspects of electric distribution project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships

\n

✅ Serve as a "seller/doer" developing work with specific clients and leading marketing plans for target market areas

\n

✅ Lead and mentor other Project Managers, setting vision and strategy for the team

\n

✅ Prepare proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documents

\n

✅ Track and oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standards

\n

✅ Play a key role in client contract interpretation and relationship management

\n


\n

What You Bring

\n

🔷 Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required (Master's preferred)

\n

🔷 Minimum 10 years of progressive engineering experience, including 8+ years of project management experience

\n

🔷 PE license or PMP certification preferred

\n

🔷 Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and oversee project accounting processes

\n

🔷 Experience preparing proposals, project documentation, and interpreting client contracts

\n

🔷 Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, and Deltek Vision preferred

\n

🔷 Ability to travel as needed

\n
