We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, React, MongoDB, and Kubernetes/OpenShift to join a long-term project.

📍 Location: Charlotte, NC 28262 (Hybrid)

⏳ Duration: 18+ Months (Possibility of extension or conversion)

💼 Experience: 10+ Years in Java Development

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in Java development.
- Frontend development experience with React.
- Experience with MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift (OCP) / Kubernetes.

Preferred / Additional Skills:

- .NET development background is preferred.
- Experience with SQL Server.
- Pega or IBM BPM experience is required.
- Experience with AI prompting; developing AI-related playbooks is a plus.
