Coveo Solution Architect
- Location: Radnor, PA 19087
- Duration: 12 months
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid — 3 days in office
- Compensation: $66.50/hour
- Employment Type: W2 Contract to Hire (not open to C2C, 1099, or visa sponsorship)
Role Overview
The Coveo Solution Architect will serve as the primary technical expert for the Coveo platform, leading its integration across a B2B eCommerce environment. This role will design and implement search, recommendations, and personalization strategies while ensuring effective integration with platforms such as Salesforce and Contentful.
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain integration patterns for Coveo with CX platforms such as Salesforce and Contentful.
- Provide architectural governance for Coveo integrations.
- Oversee Coveo configuration and optimization, including search components, indexing, field mapping, and source management.
- Design and govern search relevance tuning and machine learning models using Query Ranking Expressions and Automatic Relevance Tuning.
- Design A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
- Develop search and content analytics reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Lead a team and proactively communicate issues and solutions.
- Ensure seamless connectivity and a consistent user experience across integrated platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or another relevant area.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or IT architecture.
- 3+ years of hands-on Coveo experience.
- Experience with Coveo Cloud, Coveo for Salesforce, or similar.
- Experience with search technologies.
- Proven experience with eCommerce search and recommendations in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills and proactive issue identification and communication.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Strong background in Java, Python, or Node.js.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch or Apache Solr.
- Professional certification in a front-end framework.
- Experience with React.js and CSS.
