Chipton-Ross is seeking a PC Support Technician 1 for a contract opportunity in Kansas City, MO.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Windows 10/11 support skills preferred
Prior customer service experience including face to face and via phone, preferred
Must have a good understanding of technical issues and be able to relay the issue to the user in a non-technical dialogue.
2-3 years of work experience working in an IT environment
Previous ticketing system experience
A/V experience preferred
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under general supervision, install, maintain, and upgrade workstation hardware, software, and operating systems, tablet devices.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited
HS Diploma/GED
WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
Hourly pay rate is up to: $ 29.66
ADDITIONAL: Monday through Friday 8a-5p with some flexibility, and opportunities for OT.
There may be opportunities for remote work but primary work will be performed on-site and should be expected Monday through Friday.
