Japanese Bilingual Business Project Manager
Full-Time — Torrance, CA

Job Description
You will be responsible for project management of various business system projects as well as in‑house system development. This includes requirements definition, development oversight, system testing, delivery, and ongoing maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications
・Programming Languages / Technologies
・WPF, Windows Forms
・C#
・MS SQL Server, Transact SQL
・ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC
・VBA

Experience / Knowledge
・Implementation, consulting, or support experience with business or core operational systems
・Experience proposing and planning business process improvements
・Accounting knowledge; experience using QuickBooks or Sage

Desired Personal Qualities
・Strong communication and problem‑solving skills essential for driving projects forward
・Ability to break through obstacles and lead initiatives
・Individuals aiming to become Systems Engineers (beginners welcome)

Requirements
・Legally eligible to work in the United States or currently holding a valid work visa
・Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese

Working Hours
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work in a Torrance Office

Probation Period
3 months
