Job DescriptionSalary: $140,000 to $180,000
We are seeking an experiencedtravelingSeniorElectrical Project Manager to oversee and execute electrical construction projects across multiple locations. This roleis responsible formanaging project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring high-quality, safe, and profitable project delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, travel-based environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop andmaintainproject schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate with superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance
- Lead project meetings with clients, general contractors, and internal teams
- Track and manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals
- Monitor job costs, productivity, and project profitability
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Identifyand mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with NEC and all applicable regulations
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and NEC codes
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, forecasting)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiencywith project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE
Qualified applicants will have:
- Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineeringor similar
- 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager (commercial or industrial preferred)
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50100%)
- Valid drivers license
