About Us
At Office Ally, we've been revolutionizing healthcare administration since our inception. What started as a clearinghouse focused on simplifying insurance claims processing for healthcare providers has grown into a full-suite healthcare technology company. We offer a range of affordable, cloud-based revenue cycle management solutions –from eligibility verification and claims management to revenue recovery and payment processing –that help healthcare organizations of all sizes streamline operations and reduce administrative burdens so they can focus on what matters most: patient care.
In April 2026, Office Ally acquired Jopari Solutions, Inc, a leader in straight-through electronic claims processing for Property & Casualty (P&C), Commercial, and Government healthcare. Jopari brings deep industry expertise and innovative enterprise payment solutions that are transforming how disbursements are handled across the insurance ecosystem. Together, we are expanding our capabilities across the full healthcare transaction lifecycle, connecting claims, payments, and data exchange to deliver a more seamless and efficient experience for providers, payers, and partners.
At the core of our company are four key values that guide our mission and work:
- Ownership: We take pride in our responsibilities, driving results and taking accountability for the success of our projects.
- Empowerment: We believe in giving our team the autonomy and support to make decisions that lead to innovative solutions.
- Innovation: We continuously seek new and better ways to improve healthcare administration, embracing creativity and forward-thinking technology.
- Transparent Communication: Open, honest communication is at the heart of our collaborations, internally and with our clients, ensuring alignment and trust.
About the Role
The Provider Implementation Manager is responsible for leading provider-facing implementations from initial handoff through successful production launch. This role serves as the primary point of coordination between clients and internal Jopari/Office Ally teams, ensuring implementation requirements are clearly defined, configured, tested, and delivered according to established timelines.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, technically comfortable, and able to independently manage multiple implementations in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate across Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and other internal teams to move implementations forward and resolve issues.
What You'll Do
- Own provider implementations from initial handoff through testing, production readiness, go-live, and transition to ongoing support.
- Serve as the primary implementation contact for assigned clients, providing clear communication regarding requirements, timelines, dependencies, risks, and next steps.
- Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements to ensure implementation expectations are clearly understood by both the client and internal teams.
- Coordinate configuration, connectivity, file setup, testing, and other technical implementation activities with appropriate internal resources.
- Develop and manage implementation plans, milestones, action items, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects.
- Lead client and internal implementation meetings and ensure decisions, requirements, and follow-up items are documented and completed.
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing, troubleshoot implementation issues, and work with technical teams to drive issues through resolution.
- Identify potential implementation risks or delays early and escalate appropriately to protect committed client timelines.
- Partner closely with Sales and Account Management to support the successful onboarding of new business and ensure a smooth transition from sales through implementation.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, and other teams to resolve gaps and continuously improve the provider implementation process.
- Maintain accurate implementation documentation and provide visibility into project status, risks, and upcoming go-lives.
- Support continued growth of Jopari and Office Ally provider solutions by helping scale implementation processes while maintaining quality and client experience.
What You'll Need
- Experience managing client implementations, onboarding, project delivery, or a similar client-facing function.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects forward, identify obstacles, and coordinate resources needed for resolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical, operational, product, sales, and client-facing teams.
- Comfortable learning technical workflows, system configurations, file-based integrations, and healthcare technology concepts.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities and client needs may change quickly.
