Duration:- 3 Months + potential Extension

Our client is managing multiple M&A initiatives and seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead HCM integration and separation activities across Workday and UKG.
The role will coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors. The Program Manager will manage timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, stakeholder communications, and Day 1 readiness across multiple concurrent projects.

Required Skill Set
• 7+ years of program or project management experience
• HCM implementation or transformation experience
• Experience with Workday and/or UKG
• M&A integration, divestiture, or carve-out experience
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Experience managing complex programs in fast-paced environments

Rate: $70 - 85
