Foxlink is expanding its business by launching a new manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Foxlink Texas Inc. will produce SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) electronic products. We are seeking Programming Engineers who are passionate about electronics, manufacturing excellence, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in supporting electronic product development, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring reliable product performance from the very beginning.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and update AOI and SPI inspection programs for new products;
- Optimize inspection parameters to improve inspection accuracy and reduce false calls;
- Validate and release inspection programs prior to production;
- Troubleshoot and resolve AOI/SPI programming and inspection-related issues;
- Verify and support AOI/SPI machine calibration to ensure proper inspection performance
