Special Services Manager / Business Development

Join zTrip in a leadership role that combines fleet operations, driver recruitment, and business growth. We’re looking for a proactive manager to oversee transportation services for school children, seniors, and individuals with disabilities—while also expanding our driver workforce and service contracts.

Key Responsibilities of a Special Services Manager:

  • Manage daily operations for special service contracts and ensure smooth, compliant transportation
  • Serve as the main contact for all department communications and inquiries
  • Track vehicle and driver assignments using internal systems
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new drivers—aiming for 10% monthly growth
  • Build relationships with clients and respond to new business opportunities
  • Lead driver orientation sessions and promote referral programs
  • Ensure compliance with ADA, FDOT, and FTA regulations
  • Monitor performance metrics like trip completion and on-time rates
  • Support contract renewals, amendments, and RFP submissions
