Special Services Manager / Business Development
Join zTrip in a leadership role that combines fleet operations, driver recruitment, and business growth. We’re looking for a proactive manager to oversee transportation services for school children, seniors, and individuals with disabilities—while also expanding our driver workforce and service contracts.
Key Responsibilities of a Special Services Manager:
- Manage daily operations for special service contracts and ensure smooth, compliant transportation
- Serve as the main contact for all department communications and inquiries
- Track vehicle and driver assignments using internal systems
- Recruit, onboard, and train new drivers—aiming for 10% monthly growth
- Build relationships with clients and respond to new business opportunities
- Lead driver orientation sessions and promote referral programs
- Ensure compliance with ADA, FDOT, and FTA regulations
- Monitor performance metrics like trip completion and on-time rates
- Support contract renewals, amendments, and RFP submissions
