Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee electrical manufacturing projects from initiation through completion. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience managing projects in a manufacturing, electrical, or prefabrication environment and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including budgets, schedules, customer relationships, and contractual scope.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Work closely with field teams, operations, and customers to ensure labor and material requirements are met.
- Identify and resolve project risks while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and project execution.
- Ensure projects comply with quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in manufacturing, electrical, or prefabrication environments.
- Strong understanding of switchgear, electrical systems, or critical power equipment is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing multiple complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and customer expectations effectively.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to drive project success and foster strong working relationships.
