Overview
\n
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support critical supply chain, warehouse, and logistics technology initiatives within a large-scale manufacturing and distribution environment. This individual will serve as a lead analyst supporting SAP EWM, warehouse operations, shipping systems, and labeling solutions while partnering with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver strategic technology enhancements.

The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP and warehouse systems experience, a deep understanding of logistics operations, and the ability to drive projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.

What You'll Be Working On

SAP Warehouse & Logistics Systems
\n
- \n
- Serve as a lead analyst supporting SAP logistics and warehouse management solutions.
- Support SAP EWM functionality including warehouse structures, handling units, warehouse tasks, RF/mobile processes, and ERP integrations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to optimize warehouse, shipping, and inventory management processes.
- Support system enhancements, releases, upgrades, and deployment activities.

Labeling & Shipping Platforms
\n

- Support and maintain enterprise labeling solutions including template governance, printer integrations, and label data mapping.
- Manage integrations between labeling systems and warehouse management platforms.
- Support shipping and carrier management platforms, ensuring accurate shipment processing and documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues across warehouse, shipping, and labeling technologies.

Project Delivery & Business Analysis
\n

- Lead or co-lead systems projects from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare support.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, and solution recommendations.
- Partner with architects, developers, software vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver system improvements.
- Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Support Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Testing & Operational Support
\n

- Lead integration testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, and deployment readiness activities.
- Troubleshoot cross-functional system issues impacting warehouse and logistics operations.
- Perform root cause analysis across SAP, EWM, labeling, and shipping applications.
- Ensure business continuity during production support and operational incidents.

Leadership & Collaboration

- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices across the team.
- Serve as a key liaison between business, IT, quality, and external vendors.
- Influence stakeholders and drive alignment on business and technical solutions.
- Support cross-functional teams operating in a highly collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience supporting supply chain, warehouse, logistics, business systems, or enterprise applications.
- 3+ years of experience operating in a lead analyst or lead systems role.
- Strong hands-on SAP experience supporting logistics operations.
- Experience with SAP logistics modules such as MM, SD, LE, or related functional areas.
- Working knowledge of SAP EWM and warehouse management processes.
- Experience supporting system integrations across ERP, warehouse, shipping, and labeling platforms.
- Experience leading requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience working directly with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
\n

- SAP certification (EWM, S/4HANA, or Logistics modules).
- Experience supporting S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or other project management certification.
- Experience within regulated manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of barcode, GS1, serialization, or regulatory labeling requirements.
- Experience with vendor management and service-level agreements.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
- Experience utilizing SQL or reporting tools for data analysis.
- Experience supporting multi-site or global technology deployments.
