Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type: 6 Months Contract (With Possible Extension)
Summary: You will be responsible to support end-user computing, documentation, and ticketing operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong ServiceNow experience, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused IT environment.
You will play a key role in managing support tickets, updating process documentation, and assisting with ongoing IT projects.
Daily tasks/duties and department interactions:
- Review, manage, and resolve ServiceNow tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical support for end users, including hardware and software troubleshooting
- Create, update, and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and user guides
- Support desktop operations, including device setup, imaging, and configuration
- Collaborate with IT teams, managers, and business units on ongoing projects
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams when necessary
- Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure positive user experience
- Track and report ticket status, issues, and resolutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Help Desk / IT Support / Desktop Support
- Strong experience with ServiceNow (ticketing system, workflows, forms)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excel skills including VLOOKUP
- Experience with Power BI (basic level acceptable)
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and SOPs
- Solid understanding of Windows OS and desktop support
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
