We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Project Management Manager to lead complex supply chain initiatives from planning through implementation.
This role will work closely with cross-functional teams across procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment to drive project execution, process improvements, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex supply chain projects from planning through completion
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, risks, and implementation plans
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Conduct project status meetings and communicate milestones, risks, and issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
- Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify risks and optimization opportunities
- Drive projects to successful completion and measurable results
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain project management
- Proven success leading and delivering complex projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working across procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional and diverse teams
- Proven ability to drive change and deliver measurable results
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience with project management methodologies and continuous improvement
- Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization
- Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
